Application for payment from Companies Liquidation Account requires disclosure of prior Central Government claim and its outcome. An application under sub-section (7)(a) of section 555 for payment from the Companies Liquidation Account must state whether the applicant previously applied to the Central Government for the payment and, if so, must state the result of that prior application.
