Access to proposed compromise: company must promptly provide requested documents to members and creditors free of charge. Companies must, upon requisition, provide any creditor or member entitled to attend the meeting with a copy of the proposed compromise or arrangement and the section 393 statement, free of charge and promptly, unless those documents have already been furnished to that creditor or member.
