Filing requirement: Official Liquidator must file certified copies of resolutions from creditors and contributories in court. In a court-ordered winding-up the Official Liquidator must file in court a copy certified by him of every resolution passed at a meeting of creditors or contributories, and the Registrar shall keep in each case a file of such resolutions.
