Unclaimed dividends register: procedure for depositing and recording undistributed assets into the companies liquidation account. The prescribed register records deposit and accounting details for unclaimed dividends and undistributed assets paid into the Companies Liquidation Account in the Reserve Bank of India by the Official Liquidator, including company and winding up identifiers, person entitled, creditor/contributory status, list reference, declaration date, rate and total payable, payment date and amount into the liquidation account, claims under section 555(7)(a) or (b) and related orders, refunds and recipients, security taken, and remarks.
