Liquidator resignation duties: transfer all company books and records to the successor liquidator to ensure continuity of custody. Upon resignation, release or removal, a liquidator must deliver to the new liquidator all books kept by him and all other books, documents, papers and accounts in his possession relating to the company or to the office of the liquidator.
