Company filing requirement: statement and officer affidavit reporting results of creditor notices, admissions, disputes, and consents. Within the time fixed by the Judge the company must file a statement signed and verified by its advocate reporting the results of notices under rules 52 and 53, verifying a list of persons who submitted particulars of debts or claims and the amounts, accompanied by an affidavit of a competent officer distinguishing admitted, disputed, or excluded claims and stating which persons have been paid or consented to the proposed reduction; both documents must be in the prescribed form.
