Proof of notice by clerk's affidavit suffices and must be filed with the appropriate forum depending on meeting type. An affidavit by the clerk of the Official Liquidator or by the person who sent the notices is sufficient evidence that notices were duly sent; affidavits for court meetings are filed in court and affidavits for liquidator's meetings are filed with the Official Liquidator, and the affidavit must be in Form No. 93.
