Costs of creditor initiated meetings: deposit required for convening, refundable from company assets if court or creditors direct. A creditor or contributory requesting the liquidator to convene a meeting must deposit a sum computed by the liquidator to cover all necessary disbursements for printing, stationery, postage and room hire; a Judge may require a similar deposit on a court application. The deposited sum is repayable from the company's assets if the Court orders or if creditors by resolution direct repayment.
