Meeting report of creditors requires Official Liquidator to record summons, attendance, proofs of debt, resolutions and voting. The Official Liquidator must report the result of a court ordered creditors/contributories meeting, identifying the court order, summons method and meeting particulars; record attendance by creditor or contributory with proofs of debt or shares admitted for voting and aggregate admitted amounts or votes; state the question(s) submitted; and set out resolutions passed with voting breakdowns showing numbers and admitted amounts or shares for and against each resolution, followed by date and signature of the Official Liquidator.
