Audit of Official Liquidator's accounts requires appointed chartered accountant or state examiner to perform a complete check and access records. The Court must appoint Chartered Accountant(s) or may direct the State Examiner to conduct a complete audit of the Official Liquidator's accounts and each company in liquidation; the Official Liquidator must produce all books and vouchers and provide necessary explanations to the auditor.
