Certificate of final settlement requirement: Official Liquidator must file a certified list of contributories in Court promptly. Upon final settlement of the list of contributories the Official Liquidator must file in Court a Certificate of Final Settlement within seven days, using the prescribed Form No. 79, thereby formalising the list of contributories as finally settled.
