Duty to disclose: persons preparing a company's statement of affairs must attend and furnish information to the Official Liquidator. Rule 110 requires that a winding-up order or an order appointing a Provisional Liquidator include a footnote stating that persons liable to make out or concur in making out the company's statement of affairs must attend on the Official Liquidator at the time and place he appoints and give him all information he may require.
