          <h1>Leave to make a call by the Official Liquidator: summons under prescribed form permits advertisement notice and scheduled attendance.</h1> Application by an Official Liquidator for leave to levy a further call on contributories is made via Form No. 100 of the Company Court Rules, which summons named contributories to attend court for a hearing of the application to make a call of a specified amount per share and permits notice by advertisement instead of individual service; the form includes signature blocks for the Official Liquidator and Registrar and a Schedule for listing contributories, addresses and inclusion capacity, with the proviso that copies served need only contain particulars for the served contributory.
