Affidavit of service must be filed to prove dispatch and publication of notices in the prescribed form. Affidavit of service requires the company to file, as soon as may be, an affidavit proving the despatch and publication of the notices required by the preceding rules, using the prescribed Form No. 25 to attest compliance.
