Settlement of the list: court hears objections to contributory entries, then finally settles and certifies the list. On the appointed day the court hears any person objecting to being settled as a contributory or to the character, number of shares, or extent of interest recorded, and after that hearing finally settles the list; the settled list is certified by the judge under his signature and issued in the prescribed form.
