An order for payment of call allows the Official Liquidator to apply to the Court by summons, supported by an affidavit, for an order requiring a contributory to pay moneys due on calls; notice with the affidavit must be served on the contributory by registered post for acknowledgement within the mandated advance period and the order is to be in the prescribed form.
