Settlement of the list: Official Liquidator hears objections and finalises the company's contributory list. The Official Liquidator must, on the date fixed for settlement, hear any person objecting to being settled as a contributory or to their character, number of shares or extent of interest in the provisional list, and after such hearing shall finally settle the list; the list when so settled shall be the list of contributories of the company.
