Form No. 148 - Annual Statement to be filed by the Official Liquidator under section 551

Annual Statement by Official Liquidator requires detailed reporting of realisations, disbursements, assets, liabilities and liquidation account payments.

Annual Statement under section 551 requires the Official Liquidator to report company identity and winding-up dates; summarise realisations and disbursements with an analysis of balance (cash, bank, investments and investment realisations); and state the liquidation position including estimated assets at commencement, assets realised, assets remaining, and liabilities by class (secured, preferential, debenture holders by floating charge, unsecured) with amounts due, paid and outstanding. It also requires paid-up capital details, description of outstanding assets, causes of delay, expected completion period, particulars of moneys paid into the Companies Liquidation Account under section 555(1), and the Official Liquidator's declaration and signature.
