<h1>Rule 73: Notice for Meeting Must Be Sent 21 Days in Advance Using Form No. 36 and Include Key Documents.</h1> Rule 73 of the Company Court Rules, 1959, mandates that a notice for a meeting must be sent to creditors or members, or specific classes thereof, using Form No. 36. This notice is to be dispatched individually by the appointed Chairman, the company, its Liquidator, or another court-directed person, via post with a certificate of posting, at least 21 days before the meeting. The notice must include a copy of the proposed compromise or arrangement, a statement as required under section 393, and a proxy form in Form No. 37.
