Notice of meeting must be in the prescribed form and sent individually by the appointed Chairman or as the Court directs, by post under certificate of posting to the last known address not less than twenty-one clear days before the meeting; it must be accompanied by a copy of the proposed compromise or arrangement, the statutory statement required under section 393, and a proxy form.
