Certificate of Taxation requires the Taxing Officer to issue a certificate stating the amount as taxed after taxation. Once a Bill of Costs has been taxed and subject to any orders of the judge on appeal, the Taxing Officer must issue a certificate of taxation showing the amount as taxed.
