Private examination under section 477: summons to produce company documents and attend for examination by Official Liquidator. The order summons a named person to attend court for compulsory examination about the company's property, books, papers, indebtedness, formation, trade dealings or affairs and requires production of documents listed in the Schedule or otherwise in the person's custody. The Official Liquidator is to conduct the examination, which may be held in chambers or in court, and a creditor or contributory may be permitted to attend and take part.
