Affidavit of service requires delivery of notice to contributories by registered post with postal receipts annexed. Affidavit requires the deponent to swear that they served a true copy of the notice on each contributory named in the Official Liquidator's Schedule by addressing copies as in the Schedule and sending them by registered post; the deponent must insert on each copy a tabular entry reproducing list number, name, description, address, capacity, shares or interest, and amounts called up and paid up, annex the postal receipts and acknowledgements, and record any notices returned unserved or without acknowledgement.
