Individual Must Pay Debt to RBI, Provide Certified Order or Endorsed Chalan to Official Liquidator as Proof
When a court orders an individual to pay money owed to a company into the public account of India at the Reserve Bank of India, instead of to the Official Liquidator, the individual must present a certified copy of the order or a payment-in chalan endorsed by the Official Liquidator. The payment is credited to the Official Liquidator's account at the Reserve Bank. The individual must notify the Official Liquidator and provide the bank receipt for the transaction.
