A notice by the Official Liquidator requires persons specified in subsection (2) of section 454 to submit and verify a statement of the company's affairs in the prescribed Form No.55; the Official Liquidator must serve that notice as soon as may be after the winding up order or appointment as Provisional Liquidator.
