Service of notice of call: Official Liquidator must post the leave order and notice of amount due to each contributory. Upon filing the document authorising a call, the Official Liquidator must serve by registered post on each contributory a copy of the order granting leave to make the call and a notice in Form No. 105 specifying the amount or balance due; the order need not be advertised unless the Court otherwise orders for special reasons.
