Court practice and procedure govern company proceedings, and non-compliant filings may be declined by the Registrar. Practice and procedure of the Court, together with the provisions of the Code so far as applicable, govern all proceedings under the Act and the Rules except where the Act or the Rules otherwise provide. The Registrar may decline documents presented otherwise than in accordance with the Rules or the applicable practice and procedure of the Court.
