Notice that the Official Liquidator has applied for leave to disclaim a lease and the Court has adjourned the application to allow interested parties to be notified and heard; interested persons may attend the adjourned hearing in person or by advocate, and any affidavit in opposition must be filed in Court and a copy served on the liquidator not later than two days before the hearing; copies of the summons and the liquidator's supporting affidavit are sent with the notice.
