of <h1>Rule 309: Official Liquidator to Allocate Common Staff Expenses Among Multiple Liquidations, Subject to Judge's Directions.</h1> Rule 309 of the Company Court Rules, 1959, addresses the apportionment of expenses for common staff employed across multiple liquidations. When staff or establishment charges are shared among various liquidations, the Official Liquidator is responsible for distributing these expenses among the different liquidations. The apportionment is done at the discretion of the Official Liquidator, but it is subject to any directions provided by the Judge overseeing the matter.
