Sanction of compromise requires a liquidator's affidavit affirming benefit and may trigger court-ordered notice to the committee and others. Applications for sanction of compromise under the specified clauses must include the proposed compromise or arrangement and be supported by a Liquidator's affidavit stating reasons and satisfaction that the proposal is beneficial; the Court may direct notice to the Committee of Inspection and other persons as it deems fit.
