Committee of Inspection: appointment follows contributories' acceptance or requires court direction after Official Liquidator's report. Official Liquidator must report meeting results to the Court in Form No. 61 and, if contributories accept creditors' decisions in full, set out the names of Committee of Inspection members; if contributories do not accept the decision entirely, the Official Liquidator must apply to the Court for directions on the appointment and composition of a Committee, advertise the hearing in Form No. 62 at least seven days prior, and the Court may then appoint, dispense with, or direct otherwise regarding the Committee after hearing interested parties.
