of <h1>Court Can Order Report on Compromise Implementation; Further Directions Possible Under Section 421</h1> At any point after a court has sanctioned a compromise or arrangement, it may, on its own initiative or upon application by an interested party, order the company or its liquidator (if the company is being wound up) to submit a report on the implementation of the compromise or arrangement within a specified timeframe. After reviewing this report, the court can issue further orders or directions as deemed appropriate.
