Report on compromise or arrangement: Court may order post sanction reporting and then direct further implementation steps. After an order sanctioning a compromise or arrangement, the Court may direct the company or, if the company is being wound up, the liquidator to submit within a specified time a report on the working of that compromise or arrangement, and on consideration of that report the Court may make such orders or give such directions as it thinks fit.
