of <h1>Creditors Can Claim Up to 4% Interest Annually on Overdue Debts Without Pre-Agreed Interest Terms Until Payment</h1> On any overdue debt or sum where interest is not pre-agreed, creditors may claim interest up to four percent per annum from the due date until the date of a winding-up order or resolution. If the debt is due by a written instrument at a specific time, interest can be claimed from that time. If otherwise, interest is claimable from the date a written demand is made, notifying that interest will be sought until payment is received.
