of <h1>Rule 152: Consolidated Wage Claims Submission Simplified for Workers; One Proof Valid for All Creditors.</h1> In cases involving numerous claims for wages or accrued holiday pay by workmen and employees of a company, Rule 152 of the Company Court Rules, 1959 allows for a single proof of claim to be submitted on behalf of all creditors. This proof, made by a foreman or another representative, must include a schedule listing the names of the workers and the individual amounts owed to them. This consolidated proof holds the same validity as if each worker had submitted separate claims.
