Collective proof of wages allows a foreman to file one proof with schedule representing multiple workmen's claims. A foreman or other representative may submit one proof in the prescribed form accompanied by a Schedule listing each workman and the amounts due; such consolidated proof is treated as equivalent in effect to separate proofs by each individual claimant.
