Notice of appointment of liquidator must be published in the Official Gazette and filed with the Registrar. The liquidator must publish a notice of his appointment in the Official Gazette in Form No. 151 pursuant to the statutory provision, and must deliver the notice of appointment to the Registrar of Companies in Form No. 152, creating concurrent publication and filing obligations under the Company Court Rules.
