          <h1>Immunity of Head of State: President and Governors immune from judicial proceedings during office, subject to parliamentary impeachment review.</h1> The Article grants immunity to the President and Governors for acts in the exercise of official powers, permits parliamentary-appointed bodies to investigate presidential conduct for impeachment purposes without restricting suits against the Government, bars criminal proceedings and arrest processes against them during their term, and requires a minimum two-month written notice before civil proceedings for acts in their personal capacity may be instituted.
