          <h1>Special provisions for Hyderabad Karnataka region enable Governor-led development board and reservations in education and public employment.</h1> Article 371J authorises the President to vest the Governor with responsibilities for the Hyderabad Karnataka region, including establishing a separate development board with annual reporting, ensuring equitable allocation of developmental funds, and securing equitable opportunities in public employment, education and vocational training.
