Parliamentary power to establish additional courts enables improved administration and enforcement of Union law across jurisdictions. Parliament has authority to enact laws establishing additional courts to ensure better administration, interpretation, and enforcement of laws made by Parliament and of existing laws relating to matters in the Union List; this power applies notwithstanding other provisions in the Chapter and permits legislative creation of supplementary judicial forums to address adjudicatory needs for Union law.
