Extension of judicial service provisions: Governor may apply Chapter rules to classes of magistrates with specified exceptions. Governor may, by public notification, direct that the provisions of this Chapter and any rules thereunder apply to any class or classes of magistrates in the State as they apply to persons appointed to the judicial service of the State, subject to exceptions and modifications specified in the notification and with effect from a date fixed therein.
