Right to Constitutional Remedies guarantees writ relief and statutory delegation to enforce fundamental rights without suspension except as constitutionally provided. The right to constitutional remedies guarantees moving the highest court by appropriate proceedings to enforce fundamental rights and empowers issuance of writs such as habeas corpus, mandamus, prohibition, quo warranto and certiorari. Parliament may by law authorize other courts within their local jurisdiction to exercise all or part of that writ jurisdiction. This remedial right cannot be suspended except as provided by the Constitution.
