Parliamentary power to regulate citizenship enables lawmaking on acquisition, termination, and related citizenship matters. Parliament has the power to regulate the right of citizenship by law, including making provision with respect to the acquisition and termination of citizenship and all other matters relating to citizenship, such authority not being derogated from by the foregoing provisions of the Part.
