Form of accounts: presidential prescription of Union and State accounting formats on the advice of the auditor. Article 150 requires that the accounts of the Union and of the States be kept in such form as the President may, on the advice of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, prescribe, establishing presidential prescription of accounting form informed by the auditor's technical advice.
