Transitional provision on Council of Ministers preserved ministerial continuity at commencement but was later omitted by amendment. Transitional provision stated that persons appointed by the Rajpramukh, or those holding ministerial office immediately before commencement, would become and continue as members of the Council of Ministers for Part B States; this temporary provision was later omitted by constitutional amendment.
