Duties of Prime Minister require communicating Council decisions and furnishing requested administrative and legislative information to President. The Prime Minister must communicate to the President all Council of Ministers' decisions relating to Union administration and legislative proposals, furnish information about administration and proposals as the President may call for, and, if the President requires, submit to the Council any matter decided by a Minister that has not been considered by the Council.
