Salaries and allowances of legislators: state legislature determines entitlements by law, prior rates persist until new law. Members of a State Legislature are entitled to receive salaries and allowances as determined by the State Legislature by law; until such statutory provision is made, they continue to receive the pre Constitution rates and conditions that were immediately applicable to members of the corresponding provincial assembly.
