Special Officer for linguistic minorities to investigate safeguards and report to the President with reports laid before Parliament. Article 350B provides for a Special Officer for linguistic minorities appointed by the President whose duty is to investigate matters relating to constitutional safeguards for linguistic minorities and report to the President at intervals directed by the President, with the President causing such reports to be laid before Parliament and sent to the governments of the States concerned.
