Creche facility requirement for workplaces: establishments must provide creche access and permit four daily visits by women. Section 67 requires establishments meeting the prescribed employee threshold to provide a creche facility within a prescribed distance, allows each woman four visits per day to the creche including rest intervals, permits use of common cre che arrangements provided by government, private or pooled providers, and requires written and electronic notification to each woman at initial appointment of every benefit available under the Chapter.
