Dependants benefit payable after employment injury death, with reviewable awards subject to prescribed eligibility and adjustment conditions. Dependants benefit is payable when an Insured Person dies from an employment injury to dependants specified in clause (24) of section 2, at rates, for periods and subject to conditions prescribed by the Central Government; if no such dependants exist, other dependants may receive the benefit. The Corporation may review awards on fresh evidence of non disclosure or misrepresentation or due to subsequent events (birth, death, marriage, re marriage, cessation of infirmity, or attainment of age twenty five) and may continue, increase, reduce or discontinue the benefit.
