<h1>Dependants benefit under Code on Social Security: entitlement rules, prescribed rates and review powers to modify payments</h1> Section 38 prescribes dependants benefit where an insured person dies from an employment injury; rates, durations and conditions are to be prescribed by the Central Government and apply to dependants specified in the statute, with payment to other dependants if none of the specified dependants exist. The Corporation may review any award on discovery of non-disclosure or misrepresentation of a material fact or on changed circumstances such as births, deaths, marriage, re-marriage, cessation of infirmity, or attainment of age twenty-five by a claimant, and on review may continue, increase, reduce or discontinue the benefit.
