Employee compensation venue rules allow proceedings where accident occurred, residence, or employer's office; authorities may transfer cases. Venue is determined by the location of the accident, the employee's or dependant's ordinary residence, or the employer's registered office, and presiding competent authorities must operate subject to Chapter provisions and State Government rules. Competent authorities may request transfer of records and moneys held by other authorities, and may transfer matters for report or disposal-transmitting all relevant documents and funds as prescribed. Transfers for lump-sum distribution among dependants require an opportunity to be heard for any party who has appeared.
