Accidents while acting in breach of law treated as arising from employment if connected to employer's trade or business.
Section provides that an accident is deemed to arise out of and in the course of employment even if the employee acted contrary to law, employer orders, or without instructions, where (a) the accident would have so arisen had the act not been in contravention or without instruction, and (b) the act was done for the purpose of and in connection with the employer's trade or business. The provision thus preserves compensability where the requisite connection to employment and employer's trade exists despite unauthorised or illegal conduct.
