of <h1>Constitution of State Boards of Trustees and Regional Boards for decentralised administration of Code schemes under central notifications</h1> Central Government may, after consultation with the concerned State, constitute a State Board of Trustees for that State and prescribe its powers and functions by notification, thereby creating a State-level trustee body whose composition, member terms and meeting procedures are specified and whose statutory powers derive from subsequent notifications. The Corporation is empowered to appoint, by order, Regional Boards and local committees in specified areas and manner to perform functions and exercise powers as provided in the regulations, thereby enabling decentralised administrative organs to implement and administer the Code's schemes.
